Our investment casting foundry has been informed by our customer that we are on time with our delivery and the product looks great. If fact, our castings not only look good with consistent finishes, but the tolerance has been so good that they have eliminated some machining from the casting.

Solution: After evaluation of situation, new tooling was developed
Results: Better tolerances and finishes allowed for the elimination of some post-machining from the casting. Internal costs were reduced and a better product was delivered. Reduction of assembly time by a significant percentage.
